Singer, Ambassadress of Peace and Good Will, Philanthropist

Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia

Graduated School of Economics in Ljubljana, but worked most of my life on National Radio and TV Station in Ljubljana, as producer and host of many popular Ra and TV Shows and performed as singer in many groups as well as a solo performer. I Recorded 5 albums.

I was singer in few well recognized pop-rock and dance groups. For few years I worked also as a DJ and then I moved to London, Great Britain and lived there 4 years. I was managed by MBA –Music by appointment management, London, and under their signed agreement I recorded white label record and performed in many well known gig – live clubs such as Rock Garden, Mean Fiddler, The Swan’s, Ronny Scott club…also in New York in the clubs like At Xenon …

Then the Balkan war has started, Slovenia became independent State

And I had to return home. Most of our inner family lived in Bosnia, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles…so time was dark and hard for everybody. My oldest brother went into this Balkan war and never returned. He was shot in Bosnia while he was rescuing children and old people. Well known Sarajevo artists and musicians organized Band Aid for Balkan, especially for the Sarajevo that was under the severe attacks, and for the memory of my late brother, their Hero, they invited me to be a special guest for this occasion. That was very special to me and to my family. That song, called: To my dearest Bosnia, kept alive many souls in Sarajevo for another 3 years for they knew we are praying for them. They had listened to this song only underground but we all felt we were connected, giving hope to each other.

Those dark moments had changed many lives, many perspectives; it has changed me for ever.

I stayed in Slovenia and never looked back at lime lights in London or New York for I knew my people needed me more then ever. I started to organize charity shows for children in need, also I returned back on National TV and Radio station and started new shows: Live on the Road with Dea Music.

In few years I won Slovene Grammy Award for my TV show, next few years I won many awards as a singer of the year…but nothing filled up my heart as much as children and ordinary people did when we met on the Road, singing and dancing together on the stage, so I became Ambassadress of the good will. They were my 5 minute Stars Live. The Sun was shinning again in their hearts, in their eyes and I knew that memories of War are fading…that was the biggest award for me.

Soon I was invited to perform in Great Britain. Prime Minister Tony Blair had an auction of his favorite songs collected on CD, and my song that I co-wrote with Irish-Belfast pop singer Linnea, was picked up by him and also we performed live on BBC 1 national for the biggest charity event for organization CHILDREN IN NEED. That was a great success.

After that I was invited to perform to many charity shows in Europe and also to Peace conferences around the world.

In Puerto Rico, San Juan it was a great event for there was truly the Whole World in one place gathering and sharing the thoughts of peace and new humanity of the world.

The President of Slovenia State, Mr. Drnovsek wrote a great Peace letter and asked me to read it for the People of the world. So I did.

This year I am invited to perform and lecture for the Women World Peace Conference in Dallas, Texas, and maybe, I will share some of my energy, good will and thoughts on world peace in your beautiful, mystic country, too.

We are all brothers and sisters, we all have tender but strong hearts. The light within is from the One Source and we all strive and dream to live in peace and harmony with each other. We all want for our children to have abundant and safe lives. It is up to us to provide happy moments for them so we can be part of the Great Happiness.

It is still time to bring the harmony into our lives and we still have time to become the change we want to see in the World of better future tomorrow. We just need to search our hearts one more time and this time deeper than ever. There are hidden sacred gifts that humanity is still waiting to be found by each and every one and the time is short, almost too short but still. We can make it there. To the Great Heaven that can be lived on planet Earth - All together.

So, are We ready to dive deep, deeper than ever? Your Heart is holding the answer.
