Our Artist Ambassador to Macedonia

Mrs. Esma Redzepova Teodosievska

Esma Redzepova Teodosievska is born on 8th August 1943 in Skopje, Macedonia, from father Ibraimand mother Canija, as fifth child from six her parents had. As a child she was interested in art, so the biggest joy for her was going to the cinema and theatre. She started her education in Primary school “Goce Delchev”, where she recognized for the first time, than she is different from the others, because the girls ignore her, because she is Gypsy and no body liked to sit in a same desk with her. But with a help of the teacher this barrier was broken down. In the school Esma for the first time saw that there is a Red Cross organization , an institution which support poor people. From the Red Cross, she took as a present a scarf, gloves and a pair of socks. That made a little girl very happy, and she promised her self that one day if she would have something more than she needs she’ll help people, who need help.

Esma started her carrier when she was a school girl. First she performed in all school events, and one day she was nominated by the Principal of the school to represent the school on one very popular radio show called “The microphone is yours”, organized by radio Skopje. That was in 1957 and Esma took the first award on the competition.  Big sum of money were given to her, but  in that time of happiness she was very upset, because she didn’t tell her parents where she is going, and she felt afraid to tell them, and felt afraid too, that her mother would found the award money. At the end that happened, Esma told the truth to her family. On that competition she was seen by Stevo Teodosievski, very famous musician and composer, who worked in Radio Skopje. He was fascinated from her voice, and came to her house asking their parents to allow her to be his student and a member of Ensemble Teodosievski. This is a start of one very, very rich carrier, which is continuing more then 50 years.

Her carrier grow up very rapidly and she became very famous all over the World. In 1960 she performed in Paris Olympia . In 1958 she recorded the first record, with the legendary song “Zoshto si me majko rodila”, and after that her greatest hit “Chaje Shukarije’

In 1976 in India, in a city of Chandigarh, on the First Gypsy World Festival, she was crowed in the Queen of Gypsy music in the World, the certificate was given by Indira Gandi.

She is a legendary artist who joins our project at the precise moment when the Worldwide Peace Marker Project has reached its Tipping point. Meaning that, our project is no longer a dream of fancy but rather a reality taken shape in the experience of the early majority of the worlds population.

Therefore, Mrs.Redzepova's presence greatly adds to significance and the progress of the world's first global work of art at this very important moment in history.

From Ms. Eyona Cvitan, WPMP Artist Ambassador for Croatia

Dear Esma,

What amazing fortune for us to have you join our WPMP team of Ambassador Artists!  Your popularity as an artist and your dedication to philanthropic work are legendary and a true inspiration.

The fact that you have embraced WPMP is a testament to Tiite's vision and a great step towards realizing the dream that we have decided to share with him about a Global Peace Matrix; an Earth supported and redeemed; a reconciliation between nations and cultures; a reconciliation between man and nature.

In this reconciliation it is a privilege to find myself representing Croatia, one of the former Yugoslav Republics, now through WPMP uniting again with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia and hopefully soon Monte Negro.  Uniting once again not within the political limitations of Yugoslavia, but within the expanse of a Global Art Installation where culture respects and supports culture and where man respects and supports his environment.

Although Yugoslav Republics separated politically, artists like yourself know that spirit and art are larger than politics and that hearts are larger than national differences. Everyone knows you here in Croatia; but then you are such a citizen of the world and such an ambassador of the Roma culture that you are known in the true international sense.

I greatly look forward to the opportunity of meeting you in our WPMP collaboration: not because you are a star and a music legend, but because you have dedicated your heart and your energy to just and worthy causes and by embracing WPMP you have, in fact, declared it such a just and worthy cause.

Добредојдовте на нашиот проект. Ви посакувам многу успех со WPMP Македонија.

Најдобри желби,

Eyona Cvitan

It is always up to us, up to the greatness and openness of our own heart, good will, that counts in the End Days – Game of Life itself.

Many hearts will sing a song of happiness, because we are awaking into our prime essence, into divine-human beings that care one for another. We have a good example in you.
